The top floor offers a grand living area with large dining table, comfy couch and kitchen with new (stainless)appliances. Also on the top floor is a half-bath and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There's a baby gate at the top of the stairs on the top floor.
This closet now has a dresser so you can unpack your clothes!

This year,
we will have
a dresser in
this room. There are games in cabinet in living room.
Enjoy meals outside on the top deck with a view of the Atlantic.
The 2nd floor has
* a Master Bedroom with a king bed, private porch, and an ensuite including a jaccuzzi tub and
* a Queen bedroom, and
* a hall bath with luxurious tiled shower
The ground floor has room for a car, bikes, beach toys (skim boards, sand pails, etc), cornhole, bocce ball, fish cleaning sink, shower, washer and dryer and a grill.
Bikes are not top of the line, and may need air (pump provided), but they are all good at the beginning of the season. There's a bike tire pump available if they lose a little air.
The two smallest were purchased 2025. PLEASE bring your helmets if you plan to use the bikes.

The clubhouse offers many fun things to do when you need a break from the sun!
The pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pool often stays open until mid-October.

Also in the clubhouse is an exercise room, indoor racquetball, and bathrooms with showers (you are welcome to use before check-in and after check-out!)

PLEASE NOTE: NC helmet law says anyone under 16 is required to wear a helmet. We have some helmets, but if you have your own, please bring it. Please note that you ride at your own risk. Please take caution and stay on bike paths. PARENTS: please watch young children.
