*Summer rentals (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are Saturday to Saturday only. 

In the off season, rentals can fewer than 7 nights (see rate calendar for required stay).

The only additional fees include: $165 cleaning fee and 12.75% tax. 

There is a $150 ($50 for returning guests) refundable security deposit.

Half of the payment is due upon booking and the second half 45 days prior to your stay.
