What fees are added to my rental?

The only additional fees added to the price are cleaning ($165) and tax (12.75%)

How can I get travel insurance?

You can either book through VRBO (www.vrbo.com/405242) or you can check into www.insuremytrip.com or another site that handles insurance.  [Disclaimer:  I have never used that website, but spoke with a representative and it seems good.]

Do I really need travel insurance?

While it is not required, it is highly recommended in September and October.  If your week is affected by a mandatory evacuation, I will do all in my power to transfer your dates to other dates.  I will not be able to refund your payment.

What types of payments do you accept?

I accept Paypal and Credit cards with 3% fee (no fee if you use Paypal FRIENDS AND FAMILY).  If you are using a credit card, you will receive an invoice from square which includes this fee.  I also accept personal checks for any rentals 3 weeks or more in advance.

When are the pool and hot tub open?

Generally, Memorial Day to Labor Day.  SOMETIMES, it stays open a little longer, but not guaranteed.

Is there place to park more than two cars and/or a boat?

There is room for one car in the garage, and two small cars out front.  Overflow parking is by the clubhouse and gazebo.  If parking by clubhouse or gazebo in the high season, you will need to get a parking pass (from staff in the clubhouse).
