You'll enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom townhome with a view of the Atlantic. Our guests have raved about how well equipped our townhome is!  I have often prepared Thanksgiving meals in the unit, with everything I needed! There are two levels of balconies - the one off the master is very private, and the one on the top has a great view!

We have a beautiful and large square wood dining table, and a comfortable (new in 2025) sectional with 3 recliners in the living room (new in 2026).  We also replaced the coffee table with a large ottoman (with tray for drinks).   Every year we do some replacements and additions. The majority of the unit was repainted (including removal of the popcorn ceiling in the main living area), the kitchen cabinets were replaced and topped with Quartz countertop.  We re-created our wet bar to be a coffee bar and added much additional cabinetry for our guests to have more space for their own goods, especially for a long-term rental.. We hope you enjoy them!

​The clubhouse provides great entertainment when you want a break from the sun, or if you have a rainy day (heaven forbid!).  The clubhouse includes indoor racquetball, workout equipment, ping pong table, restrooms with showers, pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball and basketball. The hot tub and  pool are open Memorial Day through mid October.
